The current training is not designed for absolute beginners. It is intended for people who have already spent time developing self-awareness and reflective capacity through personal and professional experience.
We are looking for participants who have engaged in meaningful self-reflection and who preferably have some experience with mindfulness, meditation, reflective practice, or other approaches that support awareness and emotional understanding. Experience working as a therapist, healthcare practitioner, educator, coach, consultant, or in another relationally focused role is strongly valued. A background in family systems work is also helpful.

Why all this prior experience? Because Mindful Representations can involve complex emotional, relational, and systemic material. Students need a solid foundation so they can integrate this approach in ways that are both effective and ethically grounded.
We value people who can think clearly and critically without becoming trapped in certainty. At the same time, we appreciate people who can remain open to wonder, intuition, and experiences that do not always fit neatly into boxes, while remaining grounded in evidence, careful observation, and practical reality.
These qualities can take time and experience to develop. But if you are someone who can hold depth and practicality in the same breath, you are likely to feel in good company here.
