I enrol for this workshop and agree to the following as part of my enrolment:
- Mindful Representations is an educational and experiential learning process. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatric treatment, or crisis intervention. While many participants find the process personally meaningful and beneficial, individual experiences vary and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
- I understand that the workshop may involve emotionally significant experiences and that I remain responsible for my own wellbeing and participation.
- I understand that participation is always voluntary and that I am encouraged to engage at a pace that feels safe and appropriate for me.
- I understand that Mindful Representations is facilitated using trauma-informed principles that emphasise psychological safety, participant choice, pacing, informed consent, and respect for individual differences.
- I believe I am emotionally and physically able to participate in a group workshop environment and understand that I should discuss any concerns with the organiser before attending.
- If I am currently experiencing significant physical, psychological, psychiatric, substance-use, or other health-related difficulties, I understand that I should discuss my circumstances with the organiser before attending so that suitability for participation can be considered together.

- I understand that a Pre-Workshop Information & Preparation Guide is available and that it is my responsibility to read it before attending the workshop. This will be sent with my registration confirmation.
- I understand that while most people find the workshop supportive and beneficial, emotionally challenging experiences can occasionally arise.
- If I experience ongoing distress following the workshop, I understand that support and appropriate referral assistance are available through the organiser.
If I have purchased a 2-for-1 registration:
- I agree to forward a copy of this Workshop Enrolment Agreement to the second attendee.
- I understand that this will also be included in the registration confirmation email.
- I understand that the second attendee must send a consent email to admin@cwalsh.com.au for their enrolment to be considered complete.
