Mindful Representations workshops introduce participants to the approach through direct experience.
Participants explore mindfulness, relational awareness, systemic patterns, emotional dynamics, and inherited stories within a safe and carefully held group setting.
These workshops are often the best starting point for people who wish to understand the work through experience rather than theory alone.
